In choosing to continue your education at Nassau Community College, you've made a really smart decision. It's a decision that will enrich your life and reward you in many ways.
To help you get the most out of your Nassau experience, we've prepared an informative and enjoyable New Student Orientation program. You must register for classes before you can sign up for Orientation!
Orientation is Mandatory! It will ease your transition to college, help you learn about Nassau, give you a chance to meet your classmates, and provide some ideas about how to do well in your classes and have a good time in college. There's a lot to take in, which is why you absolutely must attend!
How do I sign up for Orientation?
1. Go to the NCC Website.
2. Select My NCC.
3. Select My NCC Portal.
4. Login with your Banner number and PIN. (N00______)
5. Look under my Launch Pad on the left hand side.
6. Scroll down until you see Schedule Orientation.
7. Click on the icon and select date and time.
You will receive an email confirmation in your NCC email account.
Your NCC email is your Banner #( N00______@students.ncc.edu)
*** If you decide to change your date or time for orientation, you must go back to Schedule Orientation, select Remove on your previous date and time and then select Delete Reservation, only then will you be allowed to select a different date or time
You must sign up for one session! Orientation dates and times are January 10th, at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. Snow date - January 11th, 9:30am or 1:30p.m.
