Registration
First, complete the application process– after that, meet with an academic advisor to ensure that you're taking the correct courses for your program of study. That’s also important to keep you on track if you receive financial aid, because courses that aren’t required in your program aren’t covered by financial aid. If you major in a liberal arts program and are enrolled in one or no remedial courses, simply drop in at the Academic Advisement Center to chat with an advisor. If you are a liberal arts major enrolled two or three remedial courses, you can seek advisement from the Student Personnel Services in Nassau Hall/Building M, Room 11. Make an appointment by stopping in or calling 516.572.7506. Finally, If you have a declared major, see the advisor in your department.
